洗髮吹乾後將精華噴頭貼近頭皮，在前額、髮縫、後腦勺等重點區域噴灑 4-6 下。
使用指腹輕輕撥動髮根，將精華液均勻推開，用手按摩舒緩頭皮幫助吸收。
